This Shipping Policy describes the terms and conditions under which we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website aaieearth.com (“Website”).

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth in this Shipping Policy.

1. Scope

This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to orders placed through the Aaie Earth Website and delivered within the territory of India.
We currently do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

2.1. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
2.2. Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2.3. In the event of high order volume or unforeseen delays, shipment dispatch may take additional time. You will be notified via email or telephone if there is a significant delay.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

3.1. Shipping Charges:
Applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
3.2. Estimated Delivery Time:
Standard delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location within India. Remote or rural areas may take longer.
3.3. Delivery Delays:
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to logistics partner issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

4.1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).
4.2. Tracking information will be activated within 24 hours of dispatch.
4.3. You may track your order using the tracking link provided in the email or through the courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Coverage

5.1. We currently deliver across most serviceable PIN codes in India, through reliable third-party logistics partners.
5.2. If your delivery location is not serviceable, you will be notified before the order is confirmed, and a full refund will be issued if payment was made.

6. Ownership and Risk of Loss

6.1. All orders are shipped F.O.B. (Free on Board) from our dispatch location in Assam, India.
6.2. Ownership and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon delivery by the courier to your designated address.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

7.1. Damages:
Aaie Earth is not liable for any products damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately and also notify us at info@aaieearth.com.
7.2. Claims:
To process a claim, please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods and provide photographs where applicable.
7.3. Lost Packages:
If you do not receive your package within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team. We will assist in coordinating with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

8. Address Accuracy

8.1. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete at the time of placing your order.
8.2. Aaie Earth shall not be held responsible for delivery failures or delays arising due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

9. Non-Delivery or Missed Delivery

9.1. In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts (due to recipient unavailability, wrong address, or refusal to accept), the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us.
9.2. Re-shipping charges may apply if re-delivery is requested.

10. International Shipping

10.1. Currently, we do not ship orders outside India.
10.2. Any request for international shipping may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the Company’s discretion. For such inquiries, please contact info@aaieearth.com.

11. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

11.1. All prices displayed on our Website are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes (such as GST).
11.2. There are no customs or import duties for domestic orders shipped within India.
11.3. For any special inter-state levies or local taxes imposed by state authorities, customers shall be responsible for compliance where applicable.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation strikes, pandemic restrictions, or government actions.
