Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

We take great care to ensure the quality of our products and your satisfaction. However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, this Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy explains your rights and the process for returning or exchanging items purchased through aaieearth.com (“Website”).
1. Returns Policy
1.1. You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, labels, and protective wrapping.
You must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email).
1.3. Please contact us at info@aaieearth.com before sending any item back. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
1.4. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of products are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., food items, plants).
Custom-made or personalized products.
Digital goods or downloadable content.
Gift cards or vouchers.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact our support team before initiating a return.
3. Return Process
3.1. Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return shipping details via email.
3.2. Unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an incorrect item received, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
3.3. We recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
3.4. After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
4. Refunds Policy
4.1. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
4.2. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider’s internal processing timelines.
4.3. Refunds will not be issued for items returned in a used, damaged, or non-resalable condition, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
Recheck your bank or payment account.
Contact your credit/debit card issuer — it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank, as processing delays may occur.
If you have completed all the above steps and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at info@aaieearth.com with your order details.
6. Exchanges
6.1. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
6.2. To request an exchange, please email us at info@aaieearth.com within 7 days of receipt, including: Order number, and Photos and details of the defect/damage
6.3. If approved, a replacement item will be shipped to you once the returned product has been received and inspected.
7. Cancellation Policy
7.1. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
7.2. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@aaieearth.com with your order number.
7.3. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the item, in accordance with our Return Policy.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
8.1. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@aaieearth.com with: Order number, Description of the issue, and Supporting photos or videos
8.2. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
9. Exceptions & Discretion
Aaie Earth reserves the right to:
Refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
Decline refunds for items returned in an unsellable condition.
Make exceptions or offer partial refunds at our sole discretion.
